When : April 10th 2008
Where : Africa
It had been early in the morning when Alec quietly snook out of Evie's room for a morning "run." He didn't have much cloths aside from the ones they'd managed to pick up on their way to her parents home in Surrey a few days back. But for what he was about to do those cloths would be to cumbersome. He gripped his travel pack slinging it over his shoulders as he moved down the steps quickly, moving so fast they didn't have time to make a sound. The young man quickly changed into his running shorts and one of the tank tops he wore beneath his safari cloths turning the day. But it was early morning, the sun barely peeking up over the grasslands when he took off, moving as fast as a car on the open plains. He was like liquid traveling across a smooth surface, seemingly gliding over the ground, even getting a chance to race a few cheetahs on the hunt. The sun slowly crept up as time past but he'd already returned to the house an hour later to drop off something. Evie stirred, the scent of Lilly white orchids wafting through the room, when she woke she found the flowers in a vase next to her bed in full bloom. He sat there in the window, lazily looking out, a smile on his face as he enjoyed the peace and quiet, no worries of someone finding him here in this simply land. He turned to look at the girl in the bed, slowly coming off the window sill to join her, kissing her gently as she woke up from her peaceful sleep.
"Morning sun shine....don't think your parents have any more doubts about us."
He let out a soft chuckle as he kissed her again, slowly pulling away as she sat up in bed. Evie gave him a soft smile then turned her attention to the flowers, the were potted in the vase, soil and water mixed to feed them and help them grow. With a smooth wave of her hand she gave them a bit of help, the orchids blooming bigger, the fragrance growing stronger. She knew they weren't indigenous to this country and that he must have run off somewhere to get them.
"Thank you Alec."
He only gave her a polite nod as he turned his attention back to the window, leaning out it as a cool breeze blew through. It was then he felt her arms slowly wrap around him from behind, her body pressing against his as she joined him at the window.
"Its so peaceful, so relaxing...No wonder your parents moved her. Nothing to worry about here..No traffic, no one trying to kill you. Its just..undescribable....."
The lovely young woman nodded, moving from his back, turning him around and planting a deep kiss on his lips. His brow perked and hers wiggled as she slowly pulled him back into bed, their bodies intertwining with the shirts for several hours, and all because he had the kindness to bring her some flowers just to thank her for all her help and her own kindness.
