History : He's had military training in the Marines, as well as having multiple forms of martial arts committed to memory through self training, discipline, and finding this information in a database. He'd be the one to infiltrate information bases for perspective employers and memorize every last detail down to the last period. Originally a rogue agent out for himself to make some money, he was soon sought out by the Black Circle. Which at the time he just joined willingly due to the fact it made him money, and he got to do what he loved to do and did best. From there he had training as a field agent and has undergone many miscellaneous jobs, but often was not actively participant in captures. Just in finding the ones that needed capture.
Abilities
Technopath/Muscle Mimic - His touch can make anything high tech bend to his will. Touching said high tech device, depending on what it is, will also make the information it beholds available for extreme long term memory. Furthermore, if that information provides instructions for other various things, such as language and how to use something, he will be able to remember that exactly and perform it like he had known how to do so for many years.
